Boys Travel Tryouts

Hello Everyone,

As we wind down for our 2021 season we need to prepare for the 2022 season and begin tryouts for our teams.

Some important things for you:

- Players need to arrive to tryouts in a shirt with a number of so we can track who they are by jersey number/color.
- There will be no spectators parents MUST stay in the parking lots or can leave and come back.
- All teams MUST be picked by Aug 30th. You should have a wait-list up to 5 kids. All team selections MUST be sent to me by Aug 30, along with your wait-list names/ numbers. Registration fee is $150 per player.
- All players MUST pay by Sept 15th. They will need to log into the BYS portal, select your team as available for their child, and register and pay. If they are not paid or registered in time, then you must move down your wait-list.

Returning coaches, your background is still good for tryouts, but new coaches in the program will need a background check on file PRIOR to tryouts, this includes your assistants.

You may run one online, or through a police department and submit to me (so I can submit to the board) before the tryout date. Otherwise, coaches without background checks will not be permitted on the field.

We will have a meeting for all coaches ( TBD ) to go over what is required and questions you may have.

BYS requires a minimum of 11 kids on your roster.
