End of the Anonymous Year End Surveys

At the end of each season, we like to collect feedback from parents. These surveys have been created and are ANONYMOUS. This data will help in planning for next season - which includes coach selection. These surveys will be open till Labor Day weekend. Please fill one out so the Board knows what is going well and what needs attention.
