BYS Food Drive resheduled for Sat, 7/14

BYS is a large community and with numbers, we have the power to make a difference.  Last year, BYS kicked off their first food drive and collected 583 items for our Brunswick Food Pantry.  This year - we would like to beat that count with a goal of 600 items.  Mark your calendars...

When:  Saturday, 7/14 from noon - 6pm weather permitting.  

Boxes will be lined up in the sidewalks of Mooney field for drop off.  Our BYS volunteers will pack up the donations and deliver them to our Brunswick Food Pantry.

What will be collected/What is needed:
The Brunswick Food pantry does get some help from other organizations, but there are some items that they need to depend on from donations only and these are the items that they are in most need for right now:
      Toothpaste
      Bar Soap
      Shampoo
      Razors
      Mac & Cheese
      Plastic jars of jelly

If families can concentrate on bringing these items only, we can make an impact on what the Food Pantry needs the most. Thanks in advance of your help and for your donations.
