The board had expressed concern over how we can continue to assist in the growth and improvement in skills of our Baseball and Softball players in the off-season.
We had positive negotiations in creating a unique opportunity for the youth of Brunswick who are BYS players. We are proud to present this unique opportunity to our players to give them unlimited access at a cost of less than $1 a day. BYS and Brunswick Athletic Training Center (Brunswick B.A.T Cage) have created a partnership that will enable special offers for our BYS kids to continue with sports training while the weather outside is frightful. These options include a “Monthly Training Pass” for $25 per month where BYS registered players can use the training bays, pitching lanes and iron mike cages daily (depending on availability). There are also options for discounted field rentals for BYS teams. A B.A.T Cage monthly pass is available to all Brunswick residents, but this BYS pass does not have restricted days or hours. The BYS B.A.T Cage Monthly pass can be used each day that the B.A.T Cage is open and has available time slots. This is a great opportunity to get the kids out of the house and active in the winter months and would make a great stocking stuffer.
